Avery's First Christmas ~ Part 2

For the first leg of our Christmas journey we went to Marysville to celebrate with the Kelley side of the family. Unfortunately, Erich had to work on Christmas day and was not in town for most of our visit. Although we missed him terribly, Avery and I still managed to have a great time visiting with family that we don't get to see often enough and especially enjoyed soaking up some time with Grandma and Grandpa Kelley.

Avery with her four cousins. There will soon be two more to add to the bunch!

My Grandma Staley made this beautiful cross stitch piece for me as a Christmas gift. She's in her 90's and can still do the most intricate and beautiful cross stitch and crocheting. We are blessed to have many keepsakes from her that we will cherish forever.

My cousin Matt, his wife Andrea, and their triplet sons. Although I've seen hundreds of pictures, it was my first time meeting the boys in person. We spent many months praying for those three little miracles... especially Brady (in the middle) who has overcome a lot of obstacles. I loved finally being able to meet the little guys who have such a special place in my heart!
