Last Thursday evening, we ventured out of the house to attend our church home group. We love our home group friends dearly and it was great to reconnect with everyone after being away for a few weeks. Other than for doctor's appointments, it was Avery's first trip out of the house and she did great... she's a little social butterfly and she seemed to enjoy being passed around from one set of eager arms to the next. Avery is blessed to have so many people in her life who can't wait to love her up. Her mom and dad are pretty blessed too! As you'll see from these before and after shots, she had a great time!

ohmygracious. i LOVE that i feel like i got to dress her for her first night out. i feel so special. :) and she looks absolutely beautiful in her little elephant jacket. i forgot to write this in your note, but just so you know, that's my way of infiltrating her sweet little mind with republican ideals at a very young age. ;) she's SO cute. precious little pink republican. haha!

ReplyDeleteoh my gosh you crack me up. but yes, some babies look like wrinkled old men. but no, you don't just have on mom goggles. like, SERIOUSLY, she's so sweet looking. and she might go through some weird scrappy stage. we'll cross that bridge when she gets there. haha! :) but until then, she is completely perfect and i can't wait to come meet her. i have plans in the works...

ReplyDeleteSUCH a doll baby!! I can't get over how absolutely gorgeous she is!! However, it doesn't surprise me since she takes after her mommy!!
ReplyDeleteMargaret use to like her car seat...but now we seem to get nothin' but cryin' when we drive anywhere!! Though..we have found that as soon as we start going somewhere in the car...she poops! So...maybe that can come in handy if she's ever backed up a bit! :) HA HA
